Terms & Conditions of attending The Cowley Classic Car Show
- The directions and instructions of Cowley Classic Car Show marshals must be obeyed at all times.
- Gates to exhibitors and traders will be open at 7:30am and exhibitors should be on site no later than 9:30am with all vehicles parked in the designated areas.
- Stallholders and exhibitors arriving after 9:30am may be refused entry via the main access point onto site and redirected to the public car park.
- To ensure public safety there will be NO movement of vehicles whilst the show ground is open to the public.
- Exhibitors & traders are required to remain on site until the end of the event at 4.00pm
- All road worthy vehicles must have insurance. If not road worthy, then should be brought in on a trailer.
- All vehicles are restricted to 5mph whilst on site.
- Exhibitors and visitors must stay within the designated areas and not trespass onto adjacent property or farmland.
- Children must be supervised at all times.
- Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times and any mess cleared up.
- Litter must be bagged and placed in the bins provided.
- Persons are admitted to the Cowley Classic Car Show at their own risk. Cowley Classic car Show will make every effort to ensure public safety and security but will not be held responsible for any loss, damage or injury howsoever so caused.
- All vehicles are exhibited at the owners risk. The organisers cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage incurred whilst on the show ground.
